Study finds that a typing monkey would not be able to produce 'Hamlet' within the lifetime of the universe

A recent study by Australian mathematicians Stephen Woodcock and Jay Falletta has debunked the Infinite Monkey Theorem, asserting that even with all the chimps on Earth typing for the entire lifespan of the universe, they could never produce Shakespeare's works.

Their research found that a single chimp has only a 5% chance of typing "bananas" in its lifetime, and the odds of crafting any part of Shakespeare's complete works are astronomically low.

This reveals the theorem’s misleading nature when applying it to our finite universe.
